Can’t login because you forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, you just need to use your Security Question to reset your password. If you can’t remember your security question contact the CalTrap Help Desk.

Click on Link to be taken to account login page.
Production Account
Click on Link to be taken to account login page.
Step 1:
Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password.
Step 2:
Enter your username and Click “Continue“
Step 3:
Enter your “Security Question” and then enter your new password.
Then Click “Reset“
